Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.

Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original box with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: worn or used sneakers, items without original packaging, items purchased during final sale or clearance events.

Exchanges We offer size exchanges where stock is available. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
